Papers can be submitted in extended abstract form (at least 2 pages, A4 two-colum IEEE conference format), with sufficient detail to allow review, or in full-paper form (max. 8 pages).
Accepted papers should be submitted in camera-ready form and are limited to a maximum of 8 A4 pages, two-column IEEE Conference format.

Please refer to the IEEE Manuscript Template for Conference Proceedings guidelines in order to format both the initial submission and the final camera-ready submission: Templates
For a paper to be published in the conference proceedings (and in IEEE Xplore), at least one author of the paper must be registered for the conference no later than March 1st, 2019 and the paper must be presented at the conference. Each author registration covers up to two papers.
Poster Size and Orientation: A0 portrait format (841mm width x 1189mm height)
The poster sessions start in parallel to the lunch breaks and take place within the lunch/poster area. Please make sure that your poster is put up before the start of the lunch break (boards will be available throughout the whole respective workshop day starting in the morning). Please feel free to grab lunch during your poster session, but try to be present at your poster for most of the session duration.
Please prepare an oral presentation with supporting electronic slides (pdf or power-point) for video projection. The presentation duration is 16min + 3min Q&A. The preferred slide format is 16:9 or 4:3. Please be present in lecture hall EI 8 at least 10min prior to the start of your session and copy your slides onto the prepared computer.
